	Vehicle Description (make, model, mileage, and options)
	If purchasing from a dealership:
	> Purchase Or Buyer's Order
	> Listing Of Vehicle Options
	If refinancing:
	> Vehicle Registration Slip
	> Vehicle Financing Statement Or Coupon Book
	If purchasing from an individual:
	> Copy of title front and back
